Silver Fork Gluten Free, LLC (“we,” “us”) operates silverforkgf.com and the Whole Health Flexi-Plan™ membership. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name and email address when you subscribe, download a free resource, comment, or write to us; your billing details when you purchase a membership (name, email, and payment information handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number).
• What our tools collect automatically: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through our website software and standard traffic measurement, and whether you open our emails or click their links, through our email service (Resend).

What stays on your device — your member trackers

The wellness tools inside our member area (such as the water, mood, energy, and rhythm trackers, and your member profile) save your entries privately in your own browser, on your own device. Those entries are never transmitted to us, never stored on our servers, and never seen by anyone at Silver Fork Gluten Free. They are yours alone, and you can print or download them from the member pages at any time.

How we use your information

• To provide your membership and give you access to the member area.
• To process your payments and manage your subscription.
• To send you the newsletters and email series you signed up for — you can unsubscribe any time using the link in every email.
• To answer your questions and support you.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or our email list to anyone. We do not run third-party advertising networks on this website.

The services that help us run

A small number of service providers process information on our behalf, only as needed to do their jobs: our website hosting provider; our membership and checkout software on this website; our payment processor, Stripe, which handles checkout through WooCommerce (Stripe processes your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number); and Resend, which delivers our emails. Each is bound by its own privacy commitments, and none may use your information for its own purposes.

This website uses cookies that make it work — such as keeping you logged in to your membership — and basic measurement cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may affect features like staying logged in.

Your choices and your rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also write to us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it — we will verify it’s really you (by matching the email on your account) and respond within 60 days. Children

This website and membership are designed for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we keep what we collect to a minimum, which is the best protection of all.
