Whole Health Flexi-Plan — Gluten-Free Wellness for Women 40+
Gluten-free wellness for women 40+

You went gluten-free. Your gut did not get the memo.

I have celiac, and I know what it is to do everything right and still feel bloated and tired by three in the afternoon. Whole Health Flexi-Plan is a weekly gluten-free meal membership for women 40+, built around protein, fiber and a calm rhythm. I plan the week. You cook and eat.

You eat full meals, you never count calories, and you can cancel any time.

Why this exists

Gluten-free should not mean tired, bloated and guessing at every meal.

Many gluten-free products replace wheat with refined starches, and in midlife the energy swings that follow hit harder. I built this membership to take the daily guessing out of eating gluten-free: a calm, repeatable week designed for how your body works now.

How it works

Three principles behind every plan

Every meal in the membership rests on the same three habits, so you stop deciding and eat well by default.

i

Protein First

Protein at every meal is the first thing I teach. In my experience it is the simplest way to keep energy even through the day and quiet the three o’clock cravings. Every plan builds toward 20 to 30g per meal.

ii

Fiber for the Gut

Your gut bacteria eat plant fiber, and researchers describe a group of them, the estrobolome, that takes part in how the body handles estrogen. I plan varied fiber from many plants, building toward 28 to 35g a day, because a comfortable gut is where this whole plan starts.

iii

Planned, Not Improvised

Weekly plans, rotation calendars and shopping lists take the daily deciding off your plate. You follow a rhythm instead of relying on willpower.

Who is behind this

I have celiac. I have lived in this kitchen for decades.

I am Gil Gavrilovic, a holistic health practitioner, herbalist and food educator. I learned food and herbs at sixteen in my grandmother’s kitchen, where she fed and cared for her community, and I have kept learning for 41 years since. I have celiac disease, so every recipe here starts from naturally gluten-free ingredients and from meals I actually eat. I am a woman in midlife, like you.

I am not a doctor, and nothing here is medical care. What I offer is what I know how to do by hand: plan a calm, well-fed week.

Questions

Good to know

No. You never count calories and no food group is removed. It is a structured gluten-free way of eating built around protein and fiber, meant to support steady energy and a comfortable gut rather than restriction.

Going gluten-free removes one thing. It does not add the protein and varied fiber a midlife body does well on, and many packaged gluten-free foods lean on refined starches. This membership is about what goes on the plate, meal by meal.

I have celiac, so every recipe starts from naturally gluten-free ingredients and from meals I eat myself. As always, check that packaged ingredients are certified gluten-free and watch for cross-contact in your own kitchen.

Me, Gil Gavrilovic, a holistic health practitioner, herbalist and food educator with 41 years in the kitchen and celiac myself. I am not state-licensed, state-certified or state-registered as a Colorado health care professional, and I do not diagnose or treat. My story is on the About page.

One shopping trip from the sorted list and one batch-cook session, about two to three hours together, cover most of the week.

Every recipe includes substitution guidance for dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian and vegan needs, so the plan adapts to how you actually eat.

Yes. Cancel any time from your account page and billing stops; your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, which is the same policy as the digital downloads.

No. The Whole Health Flexi-Plan provides wellness and nutrition education for informational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and is not a substitute for licensed medical care. Always consult your clinician about your individual health.
